What Can You Use as an Alternative to Golden Caster Sugar?

Golden caster sugar is very much like ‘regular’ white caster sugar (known as superfine sugar in the US), with one notable exception: caster sugar is white and refined, and golden caster sugar is a more golden-brown colour and not refined. Molasses has also not been stripped from golden caster sugar, unlike with white/regular caster sugar.
